The production process of the entire device is controlled by computer management. The overall structural system of the automatic small concrete concrete mixing plant is mainly composed of a storage hopper, an aggregate weighing system, a belt conveyor, a mixing tank, a cement silo and the like. The storage hopper is used to store aggregates, and one batching machine can store three to four aggregates. The aggregate controls the bucket door through the four disc-type solenoid valves on the frame. (The bucket door can be adjusted by the adjustment handle to adjust the size of the bucket door opening to improve the metering accuracy), so that the aggregate falls from the storage hopper and falls into the weighing bucket. Quantity, then start the belt conveyor to feed the prepared material into the loading belt.

Jianxin mixing station is separately metered. All kinds of aggregates are equipped with zero output before weighing. It can automatically remove the tare weight and correct the drop, effectively controlling the measurement accuracy of various aggregates. After the aggregate is finished, it enters the waiting silo, and after the powder and water admixtures are accurately weighed, they enter the mixer and stir together with the aggregate.
