Due to the long-term friction between the agitating blades and the aggregates and cement in the mixing chamber, it is inevitable that wear will occur. After a long time, the mixing blades need to be replaced. There are some details to be aware of during the replacement installation. The mixing blades of the concrete mixer should have the same inclination angle and cannot be reversed. If the angle of inclination of the stirring blade is too large or too small, the mixing yield will be affected, so the inclination angle of the blade with the stirring axis can be about 70 degrees or 80 degrees. The optimum angle for the mixing blades is to rotate to the upper part to expose the mud 20-30 mm. The relative position of the stirring blades on the two shafts should be offset from the relative position of the paint surface by 90 degrees. Be sure to tighten when installing the mixing blade. Tighten the first nut on the mixing blade as much as possible.

Lining and mixing blades are used as wearing parts of concrete mixers. Regular inspection and timely replacement are required to ensure the normal operation and production efficiency of the equipment. Therefore, it is necessary to understand the installation method of the stirring blade.
