The js500 model mixer is a twin-shaft forced mixer. The mixer shaft consists of a horizontally placed double circular grooved cylinder, two agitating shafts rotating in opposite directions, and agitating blades mounted thereon. When the equipment is working, the working radius of the stirring blades is mutually intersected, and the blades are at an angle with the center line of the shaft. When the stirring shaft rotates, the blades drive the mixed materials in the two mixing drums to make a circular motion on the one hand, roll up and down. At the same time, in the portion where the agitating blades meet or overlap, the mixed material exchanges between the two axes in common; on the other hand, the mixed material is pushed along the direction of the stirring axis to continuously move from the rotating plane to the other rotating plane. This type of mixing is strong, and the effect is good when stirring dry and hard concrete materials. The output of 500 mixers is 25 cubic meters.
