Cement tanks and screw conveyors have always been used together. The concrete conveyor in the cement tank is transported to the cement truck by the screw conveyor and then pulled away. Is the shorter the spacing, the more the length of the screw conveyor is saved, the better?
1. First of all, the distance between the cement tank and the screw conveyor is certainly not as short as possible. The spacing between the two is too short. On the one hand, it can save the length of the screw conveyor, reduce the cost, and also reduce the clogging phenomenon of the screw conveyor; but if the distance between the two is too short, on the one hand, it is necessary to raise the height of the leg of the concrete mixing station. On the other hand, it is not conducive to the transportation of cement trucks;

Seeing the above conclusion, some people will say that since the distance between the bulk cement tank and the screw conveyor is not as short as possible, the longer the better, this is also the wrong view: if the distance between the two is too long, sure It is necessary to lengthen the distance of the conveying pipeline of the screw conveyor and increase the cost; on the other hand, the conveying pipeline is too long, which is very likely to cause the concrete to block the screw conveyor; and if the conveyor is too long, the cleaning of the conveyor is not convenient.
