Checking process before the work of the stabilized soil mixing plant

Before the machine is turned on, the operator should check the equipment with “ten words operation”, that is , cleaning, lubricating, adjusting, fastening, and anticorrosion. The correction of the belt of the equipment and the cleaning of the measuring pressure sensor should be paid special attention. When watering the large-volume sputum components requiring continuous casting, the special process control should be carried out on the equipment and take formulate appropriate equipment emergency measures; the mixing plant should be equipped with two hydraulic pipes, so that when the freight car fails, the concrete can be unloaded by using other power; properly reserve the air pick, remove the solidificated concrete in the mixing tank; The main power switch must be cut off  when equipment are under maintenance, adjustment, cleaning, and hang the "inspection, no closing" warning sign; concrete mixing plant has many electronic control equipment and high technical content, so it should be equipped with experienced electrician to responsible for the daily maintenance of electrical equipment.
