Forced agitation is to apply a force to the mixing material to form a certain material flow direction, so that the mixture is evenly distributed and mixed. Self-dropped agitation is contrary to this, as the name implies, it is accomplished by the lifting of the mixture and the free movement of the self-falling. When the twin-shaft forced mixer is working, the upper part of the two stirring shafts have different agitating blades and side plates in different directions. When the stirring shaft rotates, the material is forced to roll up and down and axially sway, resulting in kneading, and has good mixing effect. This mode is especially suitable for dry hard concrete with short mixing time. The mixing blade, the side scraper and the lining plate are all made of nickel-containing wear-resistant alloy cast iron, which has good wear resistance and toughness. The power is originated from the motor through the planetary reducer, transmitted by double-row chain to a pair of synchronizing gears to rotate the two agitating shafts synchronously.
