Concrete Mixer Operation Precautions of Zhengzhou Jianxin Ma

The batching system of Zhengzhou Jianxin Machinery Concrete Mixer consists of a hopper, some corresponding distribution machines, a horizontal aggregate belt conveyor, a frame and so on.

The horizontal aggregate belt conveyor is placed under the dispenser and the materials dispensed by each dispenser are collectively sent to the aggregate belt conveyor. The dispenser is generally composed of a hopper, a material door, an ingredient belt conveyor and a drive device. The hopper is welded with steel plates. The upper mouth is usually surrounded by baffles to increase the capacity of the hopper; the wall of the hopper is equipped with a wall-mounted vibrator to eliminate material arching phenomenon. A sloping grid is also installed at the upper hopper so as to prevent loading of the large size aggregate into the hopper, which would affect the feeding performance. The hopper used to put viscous material of Zhengzhou Jianxin Machinery must be equipped with a compulsory arch breaker. The arch type hopper must be equipped with a grid to ensure safe production.  The discharge gate is installed below the hopper. Adjusting the opening height can change the feeding amount of the batching belt conveyor. The speed control motor or hydraulic motor of the  batching belt conveyor is driven by the speed reducer. And a tension device is arranged at the rear of the belt conveyor, used to adjust the belt conveyor tension and correct the deviation of the belt.
