Zhengzhou Jianxin 120 concrete mixing plant is once again exported to Kazakhstan

Recently, the new off-line HZS120 concrete mixing plant has been driven out of the Zhengzhou Jianxin Machinery Plant and delivered to overseas Kazakhstan customers. It is understood that this is the repurchase order after the last HZS60 concrete mixing plant equipment was exported to Kazakhstan. The HZS120 concrete mixing plant will be used as the “backbone strength” for the construction of a bridge in Kazakhstan.

HZS120 concrete mixing station is a large-scale mixing station equipment introduced by Zhengzhou Jianxin Machinery, which has obvious technical advantages and product features. The complete equipment of HZS120 concrete mixing station includes double horizontal shaft mixer, batching machine, cement silo and screw conveyor, conveyor belt and computer control room. The mixing machine adopts JS2000 double-shaft forced concrete mixer, which has good mixing quality and high productivity. It can complete good mixing in dry time, semi-dry hardness, plasticity and various proportions of concrete. Under sealed production condition, the production process of all powders is carried out under closed conditions, using high-quality dust collectors,  and the main building of the mixing is closed, the earth reduces dust and noise pollution, and the environmental performance is good. The theoretical productivity of the mixing station is 120 cubic meters per hour, which is fully capable of meeting customer requirements and local construction conditions.
