Zhengzhou Jianxin double 180 concrete mixing plant equipment once again entered Shangqiu

Recently, the double 180 concrete mixing plant equipment built by Zhengzhou Jianxin Machinery was officially put into use in Shangqiu. The set of concrete mixing plant equipment mainly consists of two JS3000 twin-shaft forced mixers, two PLD4800 four-barrel batching machines, several cement tanks, at least four screw conveyors, automatic/semi-automatic computer control systems and belt conveyors. Jianxin Machinery aims to provide high quality concrete to meet customer needs.

Zhengzhou Jianxin Machinery double 180 concrete mixing plant equipment was stationed in Shangqiu's “high-profile”, bringing new vitality to the Shangqiu construction project. The mixing station adopts large material yard design, fully automatic feeding system and avoids the noise and dust generated by the loader during the loading process. The high-performance control system stacks the silos in an orderly manner, reasonablely separates the bins, and separates the materials during the delivery. At the same time, the belt is completely encapsulated to ensure that no dust is floating during transportation. At all corners of the way, the throwing points are sprayed and dust-removed, ensuring no dust and noise pollution in the large stockyard.
