Zhengzhou Jianxin Machinery 180 cement concrete mixing plant theoretical productivity is  180m3 / h; mixer model is JS3000; mixing host power is 110KW; the total power of the whole set of equipment is 200KW. The batching machine has 4 grids, the batching capacity is 240m3, the cement weighing range and precision is (0 ~ 1500) ± 1% kg, the weighing range and accuracy of the admixture is (0 ~ 50) ± 1% kg. The discharge height is 4 meters, with the screw conveyor can be transported to a higher height. The cement concrete mixing plant adopts thick steel plate, which has strong invariance under high temperature and adheres to high hardness. Steel is thicker, wider and more durable. Each production process of 180 cement concrete mixing plant must be inspected and tested by the quality inspection department of the factory. After passing the inspection, a transfer document is issued. The important inspection records are filled in. The transfer document can be used to transfer the next process or leave the factory.
