In 2016, Jiujiang Materials Co., Ltd. cooperated with Zhengzhou Jianxin Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. to purchase a set of 90m3/h environmentally friendly concrete mixing plant equipment. Zhengzhou Jianxin Machinery provided 90m3/h environmentally-friendly concrete mixing station to Jiujiang Materials Co., Ltd. The theoretical productivity of this type of equipment is 90 cubic meters per hour; the mixing machine is JS1500 type forced mixer with a nominal capacity of 1500L; the batching machine has a batching capacity of 1600L. The maximum productivity of screw conveyor is 80t/h, the maximum particle diameter of aggregate is 80mm; the weighing range and accuracy of cement (0～900)±1%kg, the weighing range and accuracy of admixture (0～50)±1%kg, The weighing range and accuracy of aggregates are 0×5000±2%. The HZS90 commercial concrete mixing station – the discharge height is also 3.8 meters, which can be increased or decreased to meet the discharge conveying demand.
