Guangdong Yunfu 14th Bureau adopts Zhengzhou Jianxin HZS90 concrete mixing plant to support Qingyun Expressway construction

In 2016, Guangdong Yunfu 14th Bureau ordered an HZS90 concrete mixing plant in Zhengzhou Jianxin Machinery after inspection and consultation to help Qingyun Expressway construction. At present, the mixing plant has been running for two years, and there has been no problem with the equipment. Although it is higher in price than other manufacturers, the configuration and the quality is good. It saves us a lot of trouble and the cost has already returned.

Zhengzhou Jianxin Machinery HZS90 concrete mixing plant adopts double screw belt mixing machine. The inner and outer spiral belt structure makes the material close to the stirring shaft and the material close to the stirring arm form a counterflow in the radial direction, which makes the logistics boil and reduces the axle-holding phenomenon. The large radial mounting angle of the outer spiral belt blade reduces the material contact with the inner barrel wall, and the contact strength between the material and the mixing barrel is reduced. The material contacts the inner wall of the barrel below the stirring shaft due to its own weight, forming a small wear area and also reducing the wedge material phenomenon, the stone will not be crushed. It reduces wear and noise. The blades and linings of Zhengzhou Jianxin mechanical concrete mixer machine are made of high-chromium alloy wear-resistant material, which is more wear-resistant and has a longer service life.
According to the customer in Guangdong, the HZS90 concrete mixing plant has not changed the powder and intermediate shaft since 2016.
