The 750 forced concrete mixer consists of a mixing system, a loading system, a discharge system and an electrical system. Among them, the main components used in the mixing system are motor, pulley, reducer, open gear, mixing drum, mixing shaft, mixing arm, lining, etc.; the accessories used in the loading system mainly include hoist, feeding dragon frame, Hopper, feed nozzle, etc.; accessories used in the discharge system include air pump, reversing valve, air distribution valve, cylinder, etc.; the electrical system uses accessories such as thermal relays and air switches. Blades, linings, and mixing arms are the main vulnerable parts of the forced mixer, which is mainly related to the working principle of the forced mixer. When the forced mixer is working, the mixing drum does not move. It mainly relying on the strongly stiring of materials and form a cross material through the stir of blades on the mixing shaft in the mixing drum to achieve the mixing of the concrete.
